One Bad Actor's Workout Update

One Bad Actor put in his best breeze to date this morning when he breezed four furlongs in 48.1 seconds. He breezed from the starting gate in company and had a very nice start from the gate. He did the breeze all on his own and galloped out five furlongs in 1:01.4 seconds. At the request of our trainer, the clocker amended the time to 49 seconds for the published work. Because he is running at the maiden claimer level, we did not want to show a breeze that looked too impressive, as it might attract some interest in someone looking to claim a horse. Overall, it was a very nice breeze and gallop out. We'll begin to look for a spot for his next start, as we hope to race him in the first or second week of September.
